Processing and production time vary upon orders. Orders are usually processed and produced within 1-5 days after purchase. Please keep in mind, we are a small business and everything is made by hand.

Orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail by default, which will vary between 3-5 business days. Beading Harts Co is not liable for any lost or stolen items so insured shipping is recommended. It will be the costumer’s responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

If you need an order rushed, please send me a message and hopefully can work something out!

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you will have 24 hours after your order is placed. To do so, email me at emilyhartong@gmail.com

Returns or changes outside the 24 hour window after purchase are prohibited. However, I understand that jewelry breaks. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days after receiving it, please send it in and I will repair it at no cost. If it’s outside the 90 day period, I’m sure we can work something out!

Beading Harts Co is all about the dainty, delicate look that requires fine materials. All gold jewelry is made with 14k Gold Fill or Sterling Silver .925. Here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking new and beautiful:

-Remove jewelry before going in the ocean, pools, and even the shower. The minerals/chemicals in water will cause the jewelry to oxidize quickly.

-Avoid oils, perfumes, lotions, and even tanning spray directly on jewelry, as it will add to the oxidization of the jewelry as well.

-Removing your jewelry before physical activity and even sleep will all but guarantee no accidental breaks!
