ABOUT ME
Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by my shop. I’ve been making and selling jewelry for as long as I can remember. As a driven 8 year old, I would go to local bead shops, find new creations, spend hours designing new pieces, and go door to door as a shy second grader selling my work. If I wasn’t making bracelets, you could find me down at the beach. Growing up in Southern California, I was obsessed with the ocean and all its beauties, often making many of my crafts with my avid collection of seashells.
As I grew older, volleyball became my new passion, and took me to the University of Hawaii to become a Rainbow Wahine. While my days and nights were filled with training, matches, and school, I’d spend all of my free time in the clear blue waters off Oahu, or on the beach collecting shells.
Since my time on Oahu, I have had the amazing opportunity to live and play professional volleyball in both Zurich, Switzerland and Seoul, Korea before traveling to Japan, the Maldives, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Through all of these experiences, one thing remained constant: my love for sourcing the highest quality products from around the world to make unique pieces of jewelry. The intricate artwork, Zen vibes, symmetrical architectural styles, and fascinating history seen throughout my travels further inspired and fueled my passion, leading to the creation of Beading Harts Co.
My life has changed drastically since my days as an 8 year old saleswoman. I got married to my best friend, I competed on the AVP professional beach circuit, I have new nieces and nephews, and I’m now part of the founding team for League One Volleyball. Through all of this, I have been able to take inspiration from my adventures and experiences to create unique pieces of jewelry for you!
